Data Deletion Instructions

Last updated October 18, 2026

How to remove our publishing tool’s access to a Facebook account, and have the information it stored deleted.

What we store

If a Facebook account was connected to the tool (in practice only our own account ever is), it stores the names and IDs of the Pages you manage, an access token for each, and the IDs and links of videos it posted. It stores nothing about people who watch, like or comment on our videos. Details are in the privacy policy.

Remove the app from Facebook

  1. On Facebook, open Settings & privacy → Settings.
  2. Go to Business integrations (on some accounts, Apps and websites).
  3. Find our app (Lab Rat Logic, or the name you saw when connecting), select it and choose Remove.

This revokes the app’s access at once: the tokens it stored stop working and it can no longer post on your behalf.

Ask us to delete your information

Contact us at neiellcare.paradiang@gmail.com with the subject “Data deletion request” and the name of your Facebook account or Page. We delete the stored Page details and tokens, and confirm by reply, within 30 days.

If you run this tool

In the dashboard, Settings → Facebook Page → Disconnect deletes the stored Page tokens immediately.

YouTube

To remove the tool’s access to a YouTube channel, revoke it on theGoogle security settings page.
